Me & Twenty10: final Draw, YAY!

Yesterday, one day before the Final Draw of the 2010 World Cup Soccer, I spent the day in Hout Bay – a small coastal town near Cape Town, to follow a soccer clinic by Dutch soccer players Ruud Gullit, Ronald de Boer, Pierre van Hooijdonk and Aron Winter. Their students: two township teams from Gugulethu and Philippi!

It was a day to remember! It was great to speak to those legends, especially Ruud Gullit, and hear about what they think of South Africa, the 2010 FIFA World Cup, their thoughts on how South Africa will do it next year, local talent, etc. These guys are just great, and the kids absolutely loved them!

Here are some pictures, I hope you like them.More can be found here:

As for me, I am off for Long Street – for the FIFA Fan Fest / Long Street Final Draw Festival. To shoot some pictures, talk to people, and snif up the atmosphere but most of to have fun and celebrate this glorious day! Cape Town, make us proud! Show the world you can do it!
